Wayne Thompson, sole license holder and qualifier, is the engine that drives DS&G. Before establishing the company almost 20 years ago, Wayne was an installer who learned the impact glass and shutter business from the ground up. He created DS&G in 2000 and grew the company into a successful, respected entity. Every technician you work with is a full-time, W-2 employee, not a subcontractor.

Wayne continues to be hands-on in every aspect of the business. He continues to work with consultants, design and measure installation projects, and meet with all installers every day, on every job. And, yes, because he’s an unapologetic control freak, our customers reap the benefits.
